An event organizer is suing Young Thug for $360,000 for bailing on a show.

Young Thug is facing a $360,000 lawsuit from New York concert organizer, Nicholas Fitts.

On January 17, Fitts filed a lawsuit in Georgia alleging that Thug signed a $55,000 contract to perform at Sahlens Stadium in Rochester, New York, but failed to show up. The missed show took place on August 13, 2016 as part of Roc Summer Explosion.

According to Fitts’ lawsuit, Thugger “did not have a valid legal reason for his failure to perform.” Fitts claims that he lost $201,620 in tickets sales alone.

Additional loses include $27,500 for the deposit, $11,216 in security costs, $33,600 for lighting and sound and $57,446 in printing, promotion, venue rental, insurance and equipment costs.

Unfortunately, this isn’t Thugger’s first time being a no-show at an scheduled event.

His team has yet to comment on the incident.
