A crazed Tinashe fan has taken things too far.
In an effort to protect herself, Tinashe has obtained a restraining order against an alleged obsessed fan.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, 25 year old Martin Murphy drove from Boston to Los Angeles to be closer to the “All Hands On Deck” singer because he believes they are married. Murphy now resides close to Tinashe’s parents’ home.
It has also been revealed that Murphy is “trying to reinstate his Massachusetts license to carry a firearm.” Understandably, Tinashe is afraid Murphy may hurt her.
Murphy’s father also believes Murphy is a danger to Tinashe. In a declaration, he stated that his son “suffered a psychotic break and is unable to distinguish reality from fantasy.”
Luckily, a judge has granted Tinashe’s request for a restraining order. Now, Murphy must stay at least 100 yards away from Tinashe and her parents at all times.
