Future and Drake tackle multiple streams of revenue with releasing their latest single titled ‘Life Is Good‘.

As of the late, the internet has been riddled with speculation that alludes to the tentative follow-up installment of Future and Drake’s collaborative  WATTBA (What A Time To Be Alive) series – accented with brief social media reels of the duo in studio sporting FBG X OVO chains.

With a whimsical sense of humor that’s best personified through a montage of blue-collar jobs and a subtle two-step, rap’s coveted duo link up with the renowned Julien Lutz (Director X) for a unique demonstration on the importance of work ethic.

‘Life Is Good’ offers a practical exhibition of Future and Drake’s lyrically astute versatility, essentially championing two distinctive songs in one that embellishes their collective efforts. This latest cinematic-esque writ of homage to the commonplace nine-to-five finds the pair getting up before sunrise for trash duty, eventually transitioning into the evening’s métier – centered around the mass-produced commercial resale of sustenance, better known as the fast food industry.

Drake’s ‘Haven’t done my taxes, I’m too turnt up‘ caterwaul leaves no room for ambiguity, while Future’s ‘We some poor, high-class niggas – made it, we rich‘ line offers a perceptive appreciation for the beauty associated with coming up and enduring hardship.

Whether is the industrious cameo demonstrations projected by on-camera depictions of Lil Yachty, Big Bank Black, 21 Savage and Mike WiLL Made-It, or Future and Drake’s ambivalent rhetoric as it relates to life’s unprecedented occurrences – the narrative is unchanged.

Irregardless of whether you’re punching a clock or adamantly pursing your innermost desires, we all have the same 24 hours – life is good, you just have to put in the work.
