Online Hip Hop merchandiser WeThePluggg.com is suing Young Thug after he failed to hold up his end of the bargain for a deal that they made with him. WeThePluggg ran a contest that guaranteed the winner a guest verse from Young Thug on their song. Thug received a down payment of $5,000, and was set to receive another $10,000 once he laid the verse down. Not only did Thug refuse to do the verse, he kept the down payment as well.

According to Thug’s manager, he was no longer interested in the entire project. Now, WeThePlug is suing the 23 year old “Best Friend” rapper for $14,500, which includes the down payment plus damages. The entry fee for the contest was $100, and the contest winner would determined by the song that racked up the most Instagram hashtags. It could’ve been a great opportunity for an aspiring rapper looking for a big break, but unfortunately Thug had better things to do with his time.

Young Thug has yet to publicly address the lawsuit.
