Wale and Meek Mill have had their spats in the past, but Wale is hoping they can put their differences behind them and work together again. In 2011, the two MMG rappers collaborated on Wale’s “100Hunnit” track. Wale is hoping he and Meek can reunite and record the followup to the song, titled “200Hunnit”. Wale reached out to Meek via Twitter tweeting, “Hopefully me and meek can do this “200Hunnit” record . I feel like we always gone have great chemistry on the “back n forth” records #s4″.
Meek is currently serving three months of house arrest at his Philadelphia home for violating probation. The judge in charge of his case has prohibited him from releasing any music while being confined to his home. (However, Meek has decided to appeal the decision.) Meek’s confinement could lead to a number of issues as far as recording and release dates, but hopefully he can work out an agreement with the judge.
Wale has yet to respond.
