Juelz Santana is facing a new charge.
New details have been released in Juelz Santana’s case. Last week, Santana fled Newark International Airport in Newark, New Jersey after TSA found a unconcealed firearm in his luggage.
Now, it has been revealed that 8 Oxycodone pills were discovered as well. Santana is set to appear in court today to face the felony drug charge.
Santana was arrested on Monday, after turning himself in to Port Authority police. He has been ordered to remain in jail until his hearing on March 26th. He is also being held with no bail being that his charges have been updated and Oxycodone is a controlled substance.
In 2011, Santana was arrested on drug and weapon charges after police raided his Santana’s World studio.
The incident originally occurred on March 9. Apparently, after a loaded gun was found in his bags during screening, he took off by foot, more than likely hopping in a cab.
