Last night, Twista ran into a bit of trouble while heading to a show. Police pulled over the Rolls Royce that he was driving in around 10:15 p.m. Originally, Twista was pulled over for following too close to a truck. However, when the police approached the car and smelled weed, they asked Twista and the three other passengers to step out of the car.
Upon searching the vehicle, the police found marijuana and arrested all four men. Unfortunately, Twista was scheduled to perform at Big Shots, a club in Valparaiso, Indiana, but had to end up missing the event due to his arrest. The 42 year old “Overnight Celebrity” rapper posted $500 bail early Friday morning.
Luckily for Twister, marijuana charges aren’t as serious they used to be.
