It’s been over 10 years since Tupac Shakur was tragically shot and killed, and yet, many people are still refusing to let him rest in peace. While in high school, the “California Love” rapper penned a heartfelt love letter to a woman he met in drama class whom he nicknamed “Beethoven” due to her admirable piano skills. Pac’s former flame is now selling the letter for a whopping $35,000.

In the letter, Pac pours his heart out addressing heartbreak, as well as making it clear how much he adores Beethoven. Pac wrote, As u will soon find out, I do not spare words, I say what I feel. So if something I say scares u please don’t panic because I tend 2 get over emotional.” The woman says she met Tupac in her drama class, and that he was a “REALLY good” actor.

However, she admitted to not being a fan of the artist that Pac turned out to be stating, “I didn’t know the man who tattooed ‘Thug Life’ on his chest and who was gunned down on a Las Vegas street. I never really cared for the music he recorded – it was nothing like those freestyles I remember in front of our school.

I knew the kid who made me understand Shakespeare and who didn’t care that he dressed different or wore his hair different. I knew the kid who loved Prince, and candles and had a broken heart. And the kid who drew birds flying upside down on the nets that he passed in school.”

This isn’t the first time that some of Tupac’s memorabilia has been sold. Last September, some of his manuscripts that he wrote while behind bars were auctioned off at a beginning price of $47,000.
