Mona Scott has added another city to the Love & Hip Hop franchise, Miami, and I can assure you that you won’t be disappointed. According to Trick Daddy, who resides in Miami, the show is definitely in the works, and revealed that he is one of the cast members.
Speaking with Bossip, Trick stated, “I just met with Mona last week and we’re trying to do this thing right. Put some real Miami b*tches and real Miami *on the show…One thing I won’t do is make a fool of myself. If we gone make a fool of somebody it won’t be me, so it’ll be interesting. It’s all gonna come out on the show. We’re just trying to do what we do, do what I do.” Trick is a real OG in the game, so I’m pretty sure we won’t see any scenes of him slinging drinks or tussling with other cast members.
Trick continued, “I’m really doing ‘Love & Hip Hop: Miami’ because there’s a difference between Old Cutler money and South Beach money. Old Cutler money is grandfathered in, South Beach is investors.” Although Trick didn’t go into detail on what his story-line will be about, he did mention that it will basically focus on him managing two up-and-coming artists Mike Smith and Premadonna.
According to Trick, filming will begin at the end of April, or the beginning of May. So far, a premiere date has not been announced.
Reports have been surfacing this week claiming that Trina will also be part of the cast, but she has yet to confirm the rumor. Will you be tuning in to Love and Hip Hop: Miami?!
