In 2014, Tinashe released her first studio album, Joyride, which featured her hit songs “2 On” and “All Hands On Deck.” Since its release, fans have been patiently waiting for her to drop her sophomore LP, Joyride. Unfortunately, Joyride has suffered a number of delays, and has yet to receive an official release date.
Earlier this year, Tinashe gave us a taste of Joyride with her sexy single “Flame”, and today she’s back with a new techno track entitled, “Light The Night Up.” Sadly, Tinashe has confirmed that the new song will not be featured on Joyride, but will serve as a celebratory song for the NFL Network’s Thursday Night Football telecast.
