Norman Silverman Diamonds wants their money.
Once again, Sean Kingston has been slapped a hefty lawsuit.
Back in June 2013, the “Beautiful Girls” singer purchased a Rolex worth $46,000. Apparently, Kingston paid the jeweler, Norman Silverman Diamonds, $10,000 up front, which was followed by him sending a check for $36,000 to have the watch shipped to one of his business partners.
According to Norman Silverman Diamonds, after the Rolex was mailed, Kingston’s check bounced and never cleared in the bank.
In September 2013, the jeweler received a payment of $15,000, but nothing since – which leaves an unpaid balance of $21,353. Being that it has been four years, Silverman is asking for Kingston to pay the remaining balance, along with damage and legal fees.
Sean Kingston has yet to respond to the allegations.
