It’s no secret that the rap industry has had its share of beef. Unfortunately, a new one is brewing between famed producer Pete Rock and Young Dolph.

Fresh off of dropping his “Rich Crack Baby” album, Dolph hosted a listening party at a trap house in Atlanta. Pete Rock watched a video of the event and immediately took offense to Dolph’s song “In My System”. On the hook of the track, Dolph repeatedly raps, “I got cocaine runnin’ through my motherf*ckin’ system.”

This didn’t sit well with Pete who called out the 31 year old “King Of Memphis” rapper for delivering the wrong type of message while in the presence of a young child. Via Instagram, Pete wrote, “What dat fool say? Lil kid right there chillin cocaine running through his veins? This kinda sh*t has got to stop. We gotta raise children better than this. D*mn homie.”

Pete continued to express his disgust while responding back to a fan, “Yeah can rap about anything he wants BUT HE’S TRASH @ IT BRO. No matter what you say he’s hot garbage and thats the end of it. This aint no argument. HE HAS NO SKILL so who cares after hearing what dude sounds like. He’s corny son. Cmon man! You gonna compare somebody dope 2 him??? Who side are you on anyway??”

After catching wind of Pete’s comments, Dolph shot back, writing, “I don’t know u, and u don’t know me aparently [sic]… But u lame as f*k bra.”
