Nicki Minaj is pissed that Charlamagne Tha God tweeted about Remy Ma’s “shETHER.”
The beef between Nicki Minaj and Remy Ma gets nastier by the day as more and more people are dragged into it.
The Breakfast Club’s Charlamagne Tha God recently revealed that Nicki Minaj sent him an angry text message calling him “angry” and “phony” for tweeting about Remy Ma’s diss track “shETHER.”
On Saturday, Charlamagne tweeted, “Remy Ma is so disrespectful. I’m a fan of the culture. I’m a fan of Hip Hop.” Charlamagne says his tweets sparked Minaj to send him and DJ Envy an angry text message, “Nicki actually texted me this week, she texted you too Envy. She called us both phony and fake.”
“The reason she called me phony and fake was because I tweeted that ‘Remy Martin is so disrespectful’ after the diss record came out and Nicki says I didn’t say anything about her two verses that she put out this week.”
Charlamagne says he did play Gucci Mane and Minaj’s collaboration “Make Love”, but now, both he and Envy are disappointed that she has yet to fire back at Remy.
Charlamagne added, “Remy says she’s the queen of rap. Not the queen of record sales, not the queen of Instagram, not the queen of Twitter, she said ‘I’m the queen of rap,’ and when somebody says he’s the queen of rap […] how do you beat them? You beat them with rap. I’m the queen of rap.’ So you have to have better bars.”
According to Charlamagne, Nicki needs to head to the studio and cook up some fire, because no one cares about how many records she has sold, “You got to focused. Nicki, if you are in the studio right now and all you’re talking about is how much money you got and how many records you sold more than Remy, do not put that garbage out.”
“You got to come with a whole different angle and I don’t know what that angle could be to be honest with you.”
