Migos have found themselves at the center of a lawsuit.

Migos are dealing with some serious legal woes right now. According to TMZ, the Atlanta trio is being sued for reportedly inciting a riot that took place in Albany, New York two years ago. The alleged incident lead to six people getting stabbed.

Apparently, Migos arrived to their concert a few hours late, which angered fans and left them feeling agitated. Not only did Migos show up smelling like alcohol and marijuana, but they also refused to participate in meet-and-greet sessions that fans had already paid for.

Ultimately, Migos’ carefree attitude riled fans up. The suit, which was filed by the venue, claims that Migos were “encouraging, cheering and inciting the patrons to fight.”

The lawsuit also cites that the “Bad and Boujee” rappers “caused patrons to be stabbed, robbed, beaten, severely harmed, and injured”, and were “laughing and egging the crowd on as metal gates were ripped from the ground and thrown into the crowd.”

In addition, the venue claims Migos “has a history of bad conduct, gaining a reputation for violence and criminal activity.”
