Thomas Mikal Ford is in the hospital fighting for his life.
Thomas Mikal Ford is currently in an Atlanta hospital on life support after an aneurysm ruptured in his abdomen. The 52 year old “Martin” actor has been hospitalized since Sunday, but his health has declined since.
Ford’s wife, Gina Sasso, has confirmed that he is still alive after it was reported that he had passed away. This morning, “Blackish” star Anthony Anderson tweeted, “Thank you all for your prayers but we lost #TommyFord this morning. May GOD rest his soul and comfort his family.”
Anderson later deleted the tweet and informed fans that Ford was still alive, writing, “Yes I was given misinformation about our friend. That’s why the tweet was removed. We are all still praying for Tommy. He needs us even more.”
Sadly, Gina has revealed that it is unlikely that Ford will make it through the end of the day. Two weeks before being hospitalized, Ford underwent knee replacement surgery. It’s a possibility that complications from his knee surgery have caused his current health condition.
