On Friday, Mariah Carey’s estranged older sister, Alison Carey was arrested on a prostitution charge in Saugerties, New York. Alison was arrested after she offered sexual favors to an undercover Saugerties police officer posing as an customer. Upon being arrested, Alison was quick to tell the police that she was Carey’s sister.
Despite being HIV-positive, Alison had reportedly been advertising her services on Craigslist’s Adult section. On Friday, she posted the following ad, “Im a pretty lady looking for guys who are looking to have some fun and get into a world of pleasure that other woman just cant provide two you,woman with the ability to make the earth move for you and to get you to see stars, oh yea with me its,’ ITS SUCH A SWEET,SWEET FANTASY BABY, WHEN I CLOSE MY EYES I COME AND TAKE YOU ON AND ON.”
Saugerties Police Chief, Joseph Sinagra, has advised anyone who has had sex with Alison to contact their doctor.
Carey was arraigned in Saugerties Town Court and then sent to Ulster County Jail. Her bail was set at $1,000. She is due in court on August 30.
