Lil Yachty is dropping a new project soon!
Almost two weeks ago, Lil Yachty announced that his debut studio album is on the way. Yachty didn’t reveal any other details, but fans were ecstatic to know that the “1 Night” rapper would be dropping a fresh collection of tunes sooner than later.
Lil Boat is a man of his word, and guarantees fans that his upcoming album will be ready in the next month or so. During a new interview with WE 96.3 Portland, Boat explained that he hasn’t recorded any songs for the album yet, but says he will get back into the studio once his tour ends on November 18.
Yachty stated, “I have so many amazing songs that we never put out. But we’ve been on tour, and I keep trying to record on tour but I keep losing my voice. And it’s just hard for me to record, 100 percent. So once I get off tour on the 18th, we’re really just gonna lock in and just start completely fresh. So there’s no songs: we’re really just gonna make it in three or four weeks.”
Yachty discussed a number of other topics during the interview – including his favorite foods, how fame changed his life, and how soon he got rich.
