Lil Wayne may be retiring from the rap game.

Lil Wayne’s public feud with Birdman and Cash Money Records may have pushed him over the edge. On Saturday, in a series of tweets, the 33 year old “Glory” rapper revealed that he was feeling defeated and even hinted that he was going to retire.

Tunechi wrote, “I AM NOW DEFENSELESS AND mentally DEFEATED & I leave gracefully and thankful I luh my fanz but I’m dun.” A few hours later, Tunechi tweeted, “ain’t lookin for sympathy, just serenity.” Soon after, Rick Ross responded to a fan requesting that he sign Weezy to Maybach Music Group by tweeting, “get Birdman on the phone.”

As to be expected, a number of artists in the music industry came together to support Wayne. Mack Maine tweeted, “He won’t…we ain’t da quittin type and he love his fans and supporters too much! #DaGOAT #Mula.”, which was followed by Chance The Rapper tweeting, “Dear @LilTunechi I just wanna remind you that absolutely nothing and no one in this world can defeat you. Tell them devils back back.”

Missy Elliott even chimed in to offer some inspiring words, “@LilTunechi Prayers up 4 whatever u may be enduring right now this to will pass & may u find PEACE. I will always be a fan of your work.”

I guess only time will tell if Weezy is really hanging up his mic.
