Due to a pending criminal sexual conduct charge, Kodak Black has been banned from South Carolina.

A little over a week ago, Kodak Black was released from St. Lucie County Jail in Florida, only to be extradited to Florence County Detention Center to face one charge of first degree criminal sexual conduct. Kodak posted his $100,000 bond – but has also been completely banned from the state of South Carolina unless he has to appear in court.

Recently, details surrounding Kodak’s sexual battery case were revealed, and they are quite disturbing to say the least. According to the arrest warrant, Kodak “forced the victim onto the bed and then onto the floor of the room. The defendant removed the victim’s underwear and licked her vagina and then put his penis into the victim’s vagina.”

Upon being released from jail, Kodak instantly took to Instagram to announce the good news to his fans, writing, “I’m happy to finally be going home to my family and friends. I look forward to clearing my name in the very near future.”

“I want to thank God, my family, my team (Vanessa, Phatboy and James McMillan), Atlantic Records, my lawyers and all of my fans for your continuous love and support. I can’t wait to get back to doing what I love most – working at being the illest rapper alive.”

If found guilty, Kodak is facing up to 30 years in prison.
