Listen to Khalid’s new single, “Better.”
Following the success of his debut studio album, American Teen, Khalid keeps the momentum going. Today, the Texas singer returns with a Charlie Handsome-produced single titled “Better.” (Handsome has worked with Kanye West, Drake, Post Malone, Ariana Grande, and many more.
On the new loosie, Khalid pours his heart out, “You say we’re just friends / But I swear when nobody’s around / You keep an arm around your neck / To connect, are you feeling it now? / ‘Cause I’ma just hide under the nest /Nothing feels better than this.”
Better will more than likely appear on Khalid’s sophomore album, which he’s currently working. The project has yet to receive an official release date.
In other news, Khalid recently earned three American Music Awards nominations, and also received the key to his hometown.
