Kat Stacks was arrested on Thursday, but has since been released.
Yesterday, Kat Stacks was arrested in Miami, Florida on domestic violence and battery charges. Kat is no stranger to trouble, so her arrest didn’t come as a surprise.
However, this time around, it appears that the social media vixen may be innocent this time around. According to Kat, (who spent less than 24 hours behind bars), she was arrested after her mother called the police with false allegations.
Via Instagram, Kat wrote, “I didn’t beat anyone up. My retarded mother called the police on me and LIED claiming I beat her up. No marks tho. I shoulda called the cops on my mom when I was an innocent child and she used to punch me and beat me on my head with heels.” Kat concluded the post with the hashtags #Slut and #BadMom.
