Last week, Juelz Santana announced that he was ready to make a comeback to the music game. Now, its very clear why he’s had a sudden change of heart. Yesterday, it was reported that the Dipset rapper has lost his New Jersey condo after failing to make mortgage payments for for three years. On April 22, a judge issued the final foreclosure agreement, giving Santana 10 days to respond, which he failed to do. Unfortunately, the 2300 square foot will now be sold at a sheriff’s auction.

Eleven years ago, Santana took out a $486,000 mortgage to pay for the condo, which had a price tag of $540,000. However, Wells Fargo stated in court documents that the 34 year old “Mic Check” rapper stopped making his monthly payments of $3,754 in November 2013. Santana owes a total of $688,219 plus $7,000 in lawyers fees.

In a recent interview, Santana claims he has a slew of music on the way, stating, “Just going to drop projects, man. Project after project. Main objective is just to get hot in the street. It’s about time to show them what it is. If I hear somebody on a track, I might reach out to them and get them on there. I’m just working, though. It’s about me right now. I f*ck with everybody, everybody f*ck with me.”
