A few years pass and J.I eventually transitions to sharing his lyrical finesse with the masses via Instagram – Having the fruits of his labor manifest shortly after, as he eventually acquired the attention of the esteemed executive/music mogul Jermaine Dupri.

With releasing his debut single ‘No Static’ in 2016, the then 15-year-old artist reigned in much acclaim for his rhythmic versatility and digital prowess in amassing 500,000 views via YouTube –  now surpassing over 36 million collective views and 302K subscribers.
