Houston rapper Mr. 3-2 has passed away.
The Hip Hop community is mourning another loss. On Thursday, Mr. 3-2, born Christopher Barriere, 44, was shot and killed. Sadly, Barriere was shot in the back of the head at a gas station in southwest Houston. Barriere was one of four men who was involved in the incident, including the shooter – all of the men knew each other.
After shooting Barriere, the suspect drove off, but returned a short while later only to shoot a second victim in the face. A couple of innocent bystanders were also hit by pellets from the shotgun.
Houston Police Department Sargent, Michael Arrington, released the following statement, “Unfortunately the shot gun blast, not all the pellets hit its intended target and continued past and struck multiple other targets including another witness who was shot in the leg.” The suspect fled the scene in a white or grey four door car and has yet to be arrested.
Mr. 3-2 was a member of The Convicts (alongside Big Mike) and Screwed Up Click. He has worked with UGK, 8Ball, MJG, Scarface and Snoop Dogg.
