The legal battle between Ciara and Future is starting to get nasty. Back in February, we reported that Ciara was suing Future for $15 million for libel and slander. In her suit, Ciara claimed that Future was trying to make her seem like an unfit mother, and that he was making an attempt to draw attention to his music career.
The entire legal situation between the two stars stemmed from a couple of Future’s tweets where he wrote, “This b*tch got control problems” and “I gotta go through lawyers to see babyfuture…the f*ckery for 15k a month”. At the time, rumors were circulating that Future planned on counter-suing his ex-fiance, well it appears that the “B*tches Gone Tell” rapper has followed through with his plan. Future is counter-suing CiCi for libel and slander, and also wants her to cover his legal fees for the lawsuit she filed against him in February.
According to TMZ, Future believes that Ciara does have an “reasonably large” fan base, but also made sure to point out that her last album, Jackie, was a complete flop. He also claims he couldn’t have possibly ruined her rep because she no longer has one to damage. Ouch!
