The feud between Fetty Wap and Masika Kalysha has reached new heights. Back in December, Kalysha made an appearance on Los Angeles’ Power 106 where she happily announced that she was 6 months pregnant with Fetty’s baby. The former Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood star claimed that she hooked up with the 24 year old New Jersey rapper after they collaborated for her single “Andale”. When Fetty caught wind of Kalysha’s revelation, he angrily clapped back in a now deleted tweet writing, “Bitches posting pics now the world going crazy, she need a come up I understand that, that career lookin bad.” That was the last time Fetty addressed the pregnancy allegations.
In a new interview with The Shade Room, Fetty Wap finally gave his side of the story. He recalled the night he met Kalysha stating, “I don’t even remember what party I was at, but my manager made me go talk to her. She knew what she was doing. I wasn’t just no random dude in the club. She knew I was going to be there and that’s how that happened.”
When asked if he had unprotected sex with Kalysha, he blatantly admitted that he did stating, “Yeah, like, I ain’t gon’ lie, you feel me. I don’t got no reason to lie.” He then implies that Kalysha purposely avoided the precautionary measures that they had discussed to prevent pregnancy stating, “We talked about certain sh*t that was supposed to happen. I guess she went around that sh*t, know what I’m sayin’? That’s how I knew it was all planned out.”
After their sexual encounter, Fetty says he returned to his “regular life”. The next thing he knows he received a text from Kalysha asking, “What are you going to do?” Fetty continued stating, “It’s a lot of sh*t going on with that right now. Congratulations to her and whoever is the father.”
When Kalysha first announced her pregnancy, Fetty’s rep released a statement saying, “Masika is pregnant, allegedly by Fetty Wap. I didn’t see Fetty or a paternity test confirm this allegation. Masika is known for being an industry jump-off, and her lil announcement was very calculated.”
