Fetty Wap was well prepared for court.
Yesterday, Fetty Wap appeared in Cedar Grove Municipal Court in New Jersey in an attempt to pay a fine for several traffic violations – including driving with tinted windows and a suspended license. Once everything was added up, Fetty was only fined $360. Either way, it didn’t matter to the 25 year old “679” rapper who showed up with $165,000.
According to Fetty, he was guilty for “Driving While Black And Rich.” All jokes aside, Fetty was arrested on July 6 for “failure to replace lost, destroyed or defaced license plates, having tinted windows that were too dark, and driving with a suspended license.”
Luckily, Fetty paid off the fine and was allowed to keep his tints. His attorney says that it’s necessary for Fetty to have tints on his car due to his glaucoma. Fetty has applied for a special permit with the Motor Vehicles Commission which is currently being reviewed.
