FBG Duck Shot And Killed In Chicago

FBG Duck has died.

On Tuesday, FBG Duck, born Carlton Weekly, was shot and killed in downtown Chicago. At approximately 4:37 p.m, a shooting occurred on the 100 block of East Oak Street – striking FBG Duck and two other people.

FBG reportedly suffered gunshot wounds to the chest, groin, and neck. He was transported to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. FBG, 26, was the father of four children – all who are under the age of 10.

Daniel O’Shea, who serves as Deputy Chief for the Chicago Police Department, stated the following during a press release, “At approximately 16:37 hours today, right here in the 100 block of East Oak Street, we had three individuals shopping. Two vehicles pulled up. Four individuals exited those vehicles, two from each vehicle, and began firing at the individuals that were on the sidewalk outside of one of the stores here. They also struck a female that was in one of the vehicles, which was also parked outside one of the stores here.”

On of the surviving victims, a 28 year old woman, sustained a gunshot wound to the hand and is expected to survive. The 26 year old male victim is in serious condition after sustaining injuries to his back, side, and flank.

Following the deadly incident, the suspects fled towards Michigan Ave. While there are no suspects in custody, police say they recovered a weapon from the scene.
