After a four year hiatus, British songstress Adele has returned to the music world and is already making history. In less than a week, Adele’s third studio album, 25, has sold more than 3 million copies in the U.S. But unlike many other artists, the 27 year old “Hello” singer doesn’t let the success and fame go to her head.
Last Friday, Adele chopped it up with eTalk’s Danielle Graham and shockingly revealed that she is a huge fan of the 6 God, and that she would love to work with him for a “Hotline Bling” remix. Adele stated, “I really want us to do an official remix. I love Drake. I love Drake so much. I even got the coat that’s in the video — I got it delivered the other day, I ordered it. The red one.” Adele even admitted to busting out a few dance moves to the contagious song, “I had a drink like three weeks ago [with] my best friends — in fact, it was to celebrate ‘Hello.’ And I was off my face because I don’t really drink anymore, and they’ve got video of me dancing to it on a coffee table as well.” I would kill to see the footage.
A day after the interview was published online, Drake took to his Instagram to post a animated photo of Adele and himself with a caption reading, “Me and my main ting just coolin. 😍”. But that wasn’t all, while attending “Drake Night” at the Toronto Raptors’ game against the Cleveland Cavaliers, the OVO king confirmed that the love Adele has for him is mutual stating, “I’d do anything with Adele. I’d literally go to Adele’s house right now and do laundry for her.”
