Congratulations are in order for DJ Khaled, he is the newest member of Roc Nation management! Earlier today, Khaled shared the exciting news via Instagram writing, “Allow me to reintroduce myself!!!! Meet my manager. His name is Jay Z. Jigga. Hov!!! Special cloth alert! The blessings coming in have been overwhelming. So much blessings I needed the right team to help me embrace it right. And when I say embrace I mean brand partnership. When two special cloth brands come together history gets made. I’d like to thank fan luv for walking with me thru the journey of more success.”
The new milestone in Khaled’s career was captured in a video showing Jay-Z presenting him with a Roc-A-Fella chain, which Hov says is the last of its kind. Jay stated, “I don’t have an original one. I don’t own an original one, like at all, zero. This is my last one. This is my last. This is the one I put in the corner. This is mine. I don’t own another one. I don’t. I don’t own another one. This is my joint.”
As the video comes to an end, Jay spits a few bars, leading me to believe that there could be a collaboration on the way from the two of them.
Khaled is definitely dong his thing right now! Earlier this month, he signed a deal with Apple Music that gave him a weekly radio show and a biweekly TV series.
