The custodial battles between Damon Dash and his ex-wife Rachel Roy are over. Today Roy won sole legal and physical custody of their two daughters,Tallulah, 6, and Ava, 15. Dash had made many attempts to gain custody of their daughters, however, he didn’t show up to today’s court hearing to hear the news.
Both Dash and Roy have accused each other of being an unfit parent. Dash has accused Roy of driving drunk with one of their daughters in the car, as well as threatening to cut him with a knife. Roy has claimed that Dash is a drug addict who smoked weed around their daughters. She also claimed that he had many strange woman around their children and that both the drugs and the women has had a bad influence on them.
Siding with Roy, the judge granted Dash supervised visits.
Roy was also granted a three year restraining order against her ex-husband.
