I’ve seen a number of interesting interviews this year, but August Alsina’s most recent interview with The Breakfast Club topped them all. The 23 year old “Song Cry” singer revealed he has mental issues, as well as some problems with his family. As expected, this didn’t sit well with one family member in particular- his mother, Sheila Blair.
Blair aired her frustrations out on in a Instagram post writing, “So I listened to the interview. I was so saddened by the lies or the road August chose to promote the album. It’s always three sides to the story. How could you call and check on someone that stop talking to you since April. August didn’t call me for Mother’s Day, birthday in July. Passed out, rushed to the hospital in September, didn’t hear from him. It’s so sad that this boy is crying out for help, and his whole team is missing it.” Thoughts?
