At seventeen years old I was cruising the mall with my girlfriends, window shopping, and begging my mom to buy me the latest Air Force One’s. Not so much for seventeen year old Kylie Jenner who just purchased a 4,900 square foot mansion for a whopping $2.7 million dollars. This is Kylie’s first home, but it’s nothing like the average teenager’s first home of their own.
I guess Kylie is ready to leave the nest and have some privacy with her new boo Tyga. It’s no mystery that the couple will be shacked up at her crib in no time. Kylie turns 18 in August, and reportedly that is when she is set to move into her new home. I’m sure momager Kris Jenner played a huge role in making this all come together for her youngest child.
Don’t get it twisted though, mom may have lent a helping hand, but I highly doubt she had to cough up any money. The entire Kardashian/Jenner clan is swimming in money from their hit reality show. Not only that, but Kylie makes her own money from her hair extension line and two clothing lines with TopShop and PacSun. Kylie’s big sister Kendall, 19, bought her own condo and moved out last year.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star new home is located in Calabasas, which is a affluent suburb in California, putting her only a few blocks away from big sisters Khloe and Kourtney. Close sources revealed that the home comes with five bedrooms, a huge kitchen, a theatre, and a pool. Congratulations to Kylie! Nothing wrong with having a place to call your own.
