Yella Beezy Arrested On Sexual Assault And Gun Charges

by Yellah Bone

Yella Beezy found himself in police custody again.

For the third time this year, Yella Beezy has another run-in with the law. On Friday, the “That’s On Me” rapper was arrested in Collin County, Texas, and charged with felony sexual assault, abandoning or endangering a child, and unlawful carrying of a weapon.

This is devastating press for Beezy, as he recently revealed that he has signed a record deal with Asylum Records. Dallas Martin, Asylum Records President, released the following statement after the exciting news broke, “We are very excited to welcome Yella Beezy to the Asylum family. He’s built an incredible brand and catalog over the last several years. We look forward to continuing his trajectory to global superstardom.”

Yella Beezy is no stranger when it comes to legal woes. Back in February, he was arrested on gun charges, and then again in August after police reportedly found him in possession of a controlled substance and unlawful carrying of a weapon. Following both arrests he came forward to plead his case, advising fans he was innocent and set up by the police.

Beezy was released from Collin County jail after posting his bond of $57,500, but has yet to come forward and address exactly what occurred today.
