Not too long ago, Fetty Wap was the center of attention in the music industry- topping the charts with multiple hit singles. But it wasn’t long before fans noticed that the New Jersey rapper had taken a step back from the spotlight.
Via Instagram, a fan recently suggested that he had “fallen off”, stemming Fetty to reply back with an explanation as to what caused his sudden hiatus, “Bad business managers… greed and selfishness… but it’s almost over. I got rid of all that goofy shit around me … now I can focus on the music … and I’m goin tf up just watch.”

Fetty is no stranger to the music scene. In 2015, he broke a record becoming the first artist ever to have four songs (“Trap Queen”, “Again”, “My Way”, and “679”) on the Billboard Top 10 rap songs chart simultaneously.
It’s been quite a hectic year for Fetty who is currently mourning the loss of his brother. Back in October, Fetty Wap revealed that his brother had passed away in a heartwarming post via social media, “I love you lil bro my twin.”
