pineappleCITI’s life is the furthest thing from conventional. 2016 marked the dawn of a new epoch for New Jersey’s multifaceted wordsmith after experiencing a horrible car accident. The road to recovery was challenging in itself, rewriting the narrative on what it means to persevere and remain steadfast in your faith.
The power of manifestation is real and CITI betokens an impassioned frame of mind. Creating an intrusive sound that is imbued with positive affirmations and flex-rap, the Tre Trax produced record finds CITI in a reflective state of newfound elation.

After receiving notable mentions for the acclaimed visual behind her hit ‘Recognize‘, the transition into this latest release is penned with a sense of aspiration that is both encouraging and refreshing. The cover art alone is very telling of CITI’s flair for innovation in terms of creativity.
“I felt as though it was important to put the cover art into perspective with what we’re going through now but to also give people hope”, says pineappleCITI.
‘Believe’ is a formal introduction to pineappleCITI’s vibrant embrace and lyrical versatility. The trap-soul single asserts a faith-based perspective while creating a window of opportunity for the artist to pop her sh*t respectfully – a warranted notion of transparency.
