Saweetie collaborates with Morpe.
Saweetie refuses to let the Coronavirus stop her from making a bag. The 26 year old “My Type” rapper has teamed up with Morphe to launch her first makeup collection, Backstage With Saweetie.
While many of us our quarantined at home, it seems to be the perfect time for makeup lovers to get acquainted with the new line. Backstage With Saweetie consists of a 24 color eyeshadow palette, a makeup brush kit brush with 6 pieces, limited-edition mini setting spray, and Saweetie’s signature lip gloss.
Backstage With Saweetie is Morphe’s first collection with a music artist. Saweetie told Essence, “It was a joy partnering with Morphe. I love that they have a lot of integrity, and [that] they are affordable for the day-to-day girl.”
She added, “I got a neutral palette for my girls who just need that simple day-to-day look with the neutral tones, but for when the girls are ready to go out, I have vibrant glittery colors.”
Items from Saweetie’s line can be purchased online at Morphe.com, or in Morphe stores starting March 30th. Prices range from $10 to $29.
