Memphis rapper Yo Gotti unpacks his tenth studio album Untrapped.

CMG’s (Collective Music Group, formerly known as Cocaine Muzik Group) founder and street poet, the ambitious Southern brick connoisseur commonly referred to as Yo Gotti marks the beginning of a new epoch with this latest release.

After debriefing his fan base with the unveiling of his annual ‘Birthday Bash’ concert earlier this week and simultaneously premiering the accompanying video for his leading single ‘H.O.E. (Heaven On Earth)‘ – it appears as though Untrapped is Yo Gotti’s vocalized disdain for being “politically correct!”

Serving as the follow-up to 2017’s I Still Am, which featured the chart-dominating single ‘Rake It Up’ feat. Nicki Minaj – this latest offering finds Gotti rewriting the narrative behind a tumultuous livelihood that has been embellished with vivid depictions of affluence riddled with contrition.

Untrapped houses guest-verses from the likes of A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, Ty Dolla $ign, Lil Baby, Megan Thee Stallion, Lil Uzi Vert, Moneybagg Yo, Rick Ross and Estelle.

Outside of Gotti’s partnership with Roc Nation, the CMG heavyweight has made headlines with his forward-thinking approach on expanding the depth of influence behind his collective, acquiring trap-enthusiast’ Blac Youngsta and Moneybagg Yo – two distinctive talents that further advance the CMG mantra.

After hinting at the video premiere of his ode to camera-ready attentiveness with ‘Pose’ feat. Lil Uzi Vert and Megan Thee Stallion, 2020 is poised to be yet another impactful year for the coveted Memphian icon.
