Recording artist Riff Raff also known as Dale Dan Tony and Jody Highroller has had all claims in a civil sexual assault case from 2014 dropped with prejudice.
RIFF RAFF has consistently denied that there was ever any contact, sexual or otherwise between himself and Plaintiff and claimed that the forensic evidence or lack thereof and other eyewitness testimony would categorically confirm his account.
RiFF RAFF had never been arrested or charged with any such offense by the police. The Plaintiff’s civil suit, has now been dropped with prejudice. Having this dark cloud, which has hung over him for the last 5 years, dissipate, RiFF RAFF is ready to take his career to the next level and cement his name as one of the most exciting and innovative entertainers of modern times.
Having this episode placed firm behind him, RiFF RAFF now can redress the imbalance and set the record straight in that there are no lawsuits, or claims, regarding any sexual assault or sexual misconduct against the entertainer.
