Dreamville Embraces Troubled Past With New “Sacrifices” Video [WATCH]

Dreamville Records release the corresponding visual treatment for “Sacrifices” off the camp’s now RIAA Gold certified compilation album, Revenge of The Dreamers III.

The video finds J.Cole, Olu (Earthgang), Smino and Saba all delivering their enthralling utterances of lyrical context that signify an emotional appeal.

In dedication to his late father, accompanied by a special appearance from Olu’s own mother, the sentimental value deriving from the shared experience in creating this paragon of cinematic refinement is unmatched.

Sacrifices

I make sacrifices, bloody sacrifices” echoes throughout the song, drawing nostalgic feelings that allude to a higher level of appreciation for endured hardships.
The same hardships that serve as a point of reference to indicate growth, a characteristic that continuously prevails over the extent of our life’s experiences.
With some Dreamville artists promoting their latest offerings and others vigorously working on forthcoming solo projects, there’s no telling what the imminent future has in store for the powerhouse label.
