JAMESDAVIS Release Highly-Anticipated “MASTERPEACE” EP

by Derrius Edwards

JAMESDAVIS, a sibling set of Angeleno’s hailing from the Inglewood area to be exact, have released their new EP entitled MASTERPEACE, a project indicative of their experimental sound that is transcending the music industry one record at a time.

Incorporating different elements or Hip-hop, R&B and faint rock acoustics have enabled the trio to supersede far more than short-lived musical career. After releasing the highly-acclaimed “You Light My Fire” track earlier this year, the rapport built from their established fanbase has only added fuel to the anticipation of this most recent unveiling.

The majestic culmination of Rey’s guitar playing; AusTon’s accompany on the keys and Jess’s atmospheric lyricism convey the ideal momentum required to impact lives through music. A resolute, cohesive arrangement of tracks that provide an in-depth understanding of the affliction that derives from heartfelt sentiments with regard to the human experience.

Celebrating life’s shortcomings in the form of a blissful decree that is characteristic of learning through pain and utilizing that feeling as a vice for a higher level of understanding is a concept of maturity that comes with time.

Coincidentally enough, time is definitely on JAMESDAVIS’ side as the group ages like wine, developing more soul and savor as time progresses.

With “Something To Talk About” currently emerging as the #1 Most Added at Urban AC this week, the future is looking more than promising for the trio.

The band just wrapped up a successful U.S. run on the road supporting Leikeli47 on The Acrylic Tour, and will add further support during its six-date European leg which kicks off on May 17.
