Mac Miller has died.
Today has proven to bring sad news for the Hip Hop industry. At the young age of 26, Mac Miller has died of an suspected drug overdose. On Friday, around noon, the SWIMMING rapper was found at his San Fernando Valley, California home, where he was pronounced dead on the scene.
Back in May, Miller was arrested for a DUI and hit and run in California. He fled the scene, but was later arrested at him home, where he confessed to the crime. Following his arrest, ex-girlfriend, Ariana Grande, tweeted, “Pls take care of yourself.”
At the time, fans were quick to blame Grande for Miller’s DUI. She quickly responded, “I am not a babysitter or a mother and no woman should feel that they need to be. I have cared for him and tried to support his sobriety & prayed for his balance for years. Of course I didn’t share about how hard or scary it was while it was happening but it was.”
Miller was slated to go on tour next month.
