Rick Ross is gearing up to drop his ninth studio album.
Last night, during the 2016 American Music Awards, Rick Ross revealed details surrounding his upcoming project. According to the bawse, his ninth album, “Rather You Than Me”, is set to drop in early 2017. This will be a follow-up to his 2015 “Black Market” album, which debuted at number 6 on the Billboard 200 album chart. This will be the first album that Ross will drop since joining Epic Records.
Not only did Ross make a special announcement at the awards, he also performed his verse from DJ Khaled’s “Do You Mind” track off of his Major Key album. Donned in a a black, long sleeved sweatshirt with the words “Rather You Then Me” written across the front, Ross hit the stage with DJ Khaled, August Alsina, Nicki Minaj and Future.
Renzel recently dropped the first single off of the album, “Buy Back The Block”, which features Gucci Mane and 2 Chainz.
