Nicki Minaj wants her fans to know that Meek Mill is her only love.
Back in October, Nicki Minaj praised Young M.A. during an interview on Power 105’s The Breakfast Club, revealing that she had “a thing for” for the “Ooouuu” rapper. Minaj stated, “I got a thing for Young M.A. for sure. I definitely have a thing for her. There’s something about her man [that] I really love.” Being that M.A. is openly gay, people were quick to jump to conclusions.
While M.A. is flattered that the head Barb complimented her, she feels that Minaj’s comments were taken out of context. During an sit down with FUSE TV, M.A. stated, “Yeah I heard Nicki Minaj, her interview on Hot 97. I don’t wanna assume it’s that though, because people take things out of proportion or whatever.”
“I mean she did say ‘I have a thing for Young M.A’ but she didn’t purposely say ‘I want Young M.A’, so you know … I just hear that she’s showing love, giving props and showing respect as an OG. But even if she did mean it … Cool, you know what I mean?”
As M.A.’s popularity continues to rise, her name has been linked to a number of other women – including Tori Brixx and J. Adrienne. However, Minaj doesn’t plan on being added to the list. It appears as though Meek Mill may be feeling a bit uncomfortable with all of the unnecessary attention drawn to his girlfriend and M.A., so Minaj finally put the rumors to rest once and for all.
Via Instagram, Minaj posted a photo of Meek, with the caption reading, “I love a good joke, but s/o to the ONLY human I have a THING for. 😍.” So I guess it’s safe to say that M.A. and Minaj wont be going on a date anytime soon! Check out Minaj’s post below!
