On November 20, the 2016 American Music Awards will be broadcast live at 8:00 p.m. on ABC. Nicki Minaj is set to grace the stage at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, California with Ariane Grande to perform their hit single “Side To Side.”
Gigi Hadid will co-host this year’s event alongside Saturday Night Live’s Jay Pharaoh. Minaj and Grande will join a long roster of impressive artists who will perform including John Legend, Shawn Mendes, Shakira, Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars, Fifth Harmony, Green Day, James Bay, The Chainsmokers, Sting, and many more.
Drake is leading the pack with 13 AMA nominations for Artist of the Year, Favorite Male Artist, Favorite Album, Favorite Rap Artist, Favorite Rap Song, Favorite R&B song, and a couple of other categories. Adele and Justin Bieber are runner-ups with 5 nominations each.
