2 Chainz buys a new home in Los Angeles.
Congratulations are in order for 2 Chainz! The 39 year old “I’m Different” rapper recently purchased a 2.45 million mansion in Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills. The pricey pad was previously owned by Steve Vai, a legendary guitarist who has sold over 15 million records.
Tity Boi’s new crib is laced with 3 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. It also comes with the “Mothership Studio”, where rock legends like Ozzy Osbourne and Van Halen have previously recorded music. The home features 3,400 square feet of space, giving 2 Chainz plenty of room to kick back and relax with his family when he’s not on the road.
