Stevie J is suing Joseline Hernandez.
Stevie J has had enough of Joseline Hernandez’s shenanigans. The two “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” stars haven’t been on good terms for some time, but things are completely out of hand now.
After repeatedly accusing Stevie of being a gay, devil worshipping man who molests his daughter, Eva Giselle, Stevie is now suing the Puerto Rican princess for defamation. According to Stevie, all of Joseline’s claims are false, and she is just looking to ruin his reputation.
Hernandez has even gone as far as calling Georgia’s Division of Family and Children Services accusing Stevie of sexual abuse. Not to mention, a few months ago she made numerous posts on social media slandering his character. Stevie hasn’t taken any of this lightly, and is suing his alleged baby mother for monetary damages. He is also asking a judge to force her to stop with the lies and accusations.
