Puma has ended it’s relationship with Famous Dex.
A few days ago, footage surfaced showing Famous Dex beating up his girlfriend. The shocking video was released by singer Tish Hyman, who says the incident took place at her home.
Once the video went viral via social media, Famous Dex issued the following statement, “God Know Im Sorry For Flight Her She wasn’t hurt my I Cut My Hand Like WtF Im not Like That She Cheated on me an She Was Wrong God Know. Me an my Girl was Fighting Ok Y’all Sh*t Happen I’m Not Perfect Bt it’s God Know that Problem Gone Now.”
Apparently, Puma isn’t buying Dex’s apology. When one Twitter user tweeted Puma’s official Twitter account asking, “Hey, @PUMA. THIS who you got out here representing the brand??? Wow”, Puma politely responded back with, “@phlygerl Hello Rhonda, PUMA does not condone any act of violence toward women. We do not, nor will we, have any relationship w/ Famous Dex.”
It looks like Dex just lost a really great endorsement opportunity. He has yet to release a statement regarding Puma.
