Rich Homie Quan’s entourage was allegedly involved in a shooting that left five people wounded.
Early Sunday morning, five victims were hospitalized following a shooting involving members of Rich Homie Quan’s crew. The 26 year old “Type Of Way” rapper was performing at the Diamond Club in New Bern, North Carolina before the incident took place.
Around 3:00 a.m., police responded to a call regarding a shooting that occurred in the parking lot of the venue. When they arrived, they found five victims suffering from gunshot wounds. Police have confirmed that Rich Homie’s crew was allegedly involved in an altercation that led up to the shooting.
Two of the victims were airlifted to Videant Medical Center, and three were transported to the Carolina East Medical Center by vehicle. It has been reported that all victims are expected to live, and are currently recovering from their injuries. Despite not being involved, Rich was still questioned by the police. The Craven County Sheriff’s Office has also launched an investigation.
