On Wednesday, Young Buck’s mother, Audrey Horn, appeared in a Nashville, Tennessee court where she asked Judge Andrea Walker to issue a protective order against Assistant U.S. District Attorney Sunny Koshy. During the hearing, Horn accused Koshy of “using his power and influence to stalk and destroy my life and my family.” She also stated that she sought the court order out of anger over “set up charges”.

Judge Walker refused to issue the protective order because she didn’t find Horn to be in imminent danger. Walker also noted discrepancies in Horn’s allegations. Horn claims she had previously met the prosecutor in Nashville in 1980, but Koshy says that he never spoke to Horn in court or anywhere else.

U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Tennessee, David Rivera, released the following statement, “This petition was dismissed today in the General Sessions court. We consider this nothing more than an attempt to retaliate against a federal prosecutor who is simply trying to do his job.”
